Alan G. Lampert

A business lawyer, and advises clients on entrepreneurial, real estate, corporate and estate planning matters. For over thirty years he has worked with individual and corporate clients in New England, guiding them through many types of transactions such as financing, acquisition, sales, and expansion of facilities. Alan has served as a director and trustee on numerous corporate and bank boards and trusts, and is a graduate of Boston College Law School. He received his undergraduate degree from Tufts University and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Douglas E. Hausler

A 1982 graduate of the College of William & Mary and a 1986 graduate, cum laude, of Suffolk University Law School. After practicing litigation and bankruptcy for five years in Boston, he moved to Chelmsford where he continues to focus primarily on litigation, bankruptcy and financing matters. Doug is a director and general counsel to the local business association, which is comprised of over 300 small, medium and large businesses, a past president of the local Rotary Club, and remains committed to several nonprofit organizations as a board director or general counsel. He has handled a wide variety of cases in state and federal trial and appellate courts as well as arbitration proceedings. Doug is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, the Lowell Bar, and the American Bankruptcy Institute Associations.

Stephen J. Rodman

A 1993 graduate of Wake Forest University and a 1996 graduate of The George Washington University Law School. Stephen’s practice includes litigation, real estate, family law, business law, corporate law, and estate administration. A member of the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bars, Stephen is licensed to appear before state and federal courts.
